In my third lesson I will try to go through how you make lines on a Bb jazz blues using the arpeggios of the chord. First I’ll go through the arpeggios and give some suggestions on how to practice them, and then discuss how you make lines with them.

Vom 4. bis zum 6. Juni ging auf der Wiener Donauinsel das erste Rock in Vienna Festival über die Bühne. Es war, soviel vorweg, eine gelungene Premiere, die im Vorfeld viel Staub aufgewirbelt hatte. Nicht nur weil es das erste richtige Rock-Festival der österreichischen Bundeshauptstadt war, sondern weil es von einigen als direkte Konkurrenzveranstaltung zum nur eine Woche später stattfindenden Nova Rock empfunden wurde.
